Colorado College is pleased to host a series of Japanese classic anime in November over four Mondays (3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th), at 6:30pm each night.

This is made possible by the Consul-General of Japan in Denver, which has arranged to borrow the films from the Japan Foundation in LA.

On Monday, November 17, Anime Director Hirokazu Minegishi (Stop Motion Animator), will screen his iconic film "Komaneko - The Curious Cat" and demonstrate how to create a Stop Motion film. This event is part of the "Film and New Media Studies" series at the college.

All four nights will be held in the Screening Room of the Cornerstone Arts Center.

Please click here for more details, including the schedule and the exact films to be shown.

I hope to see members of the JASSC attend.
