It’s time for our annual summer gathering, looking forward to seeing all of you.

What: JASSC Membership Potluck with Fujiyoshida students, their chaperones and host families

When: Saturday, Aug 3, 2024, 11:00am to 1:30pm

Where: Golden Lotus Foundation Asian Heritage Center, 1819 W Cheyenne Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80906

We are planning on being outside, there are some picnic tables. Bring your lawn chair. In case of inclement weather, we can move inside.

JASSC will provide... 

~ BBQ Meats ~

~ Soft drinks ~

~ Water and ice ~

~ Cake ~ 

~ Eating utensils, plates, napkins, etc. ~ 

You should bring... 

A dish to share, enough for about 10-15 people and serving utensil(s). To help those with allergies, attach a label with the dish name and ingredients. Thank you.

NO DESSERT PLEASE! It will be provided. ☺

Entertainment: Ralph Archuleta with his Karaoke music and YOU. We’ll also have corn hole and ladder ball. We also have special guests for this event! Thirteen students from Fujiyoshida are going to be here for a homestay, and may have a special performance for us.
